Eligibility for Exchange

Exchanges are only accepted for products that are damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.

To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

Perishable products such as coffee beans or ground coffee cannot be exchanged once opened, unless there is a quality issue.
Exchange Process

Once approved, we will arrange for a replacement product to be shipped to you at no additional cost.
Non-Exchangeable Items
