The ferocious Year of the Tiger is upon us and this year, we’ve created a spicy Ginger gin with notes of Honey and Coconut blended within. After a long and hard year, we come with blessings in a bottle of boundless longevity, wishing you a long and healthy life ahead of you.
A rendition of a popular rice cake eaten on Lunar New Year; be seduced by the aroma of desiccated coconut and taste the sweetness of honey before being greeted by the warmth of ginger. Ginger is complementary to the gourmet of good-luck food during the big feast as its subtle yet explosive flavour harmonises many dishes. May the sweetness of our gin bring you many sweet occurrences and a melodic life!

Designed by Tiny Island, this year’s theme features Hong Kong’s signature tram (also called a Ding Ding), first operated under British ruling to now continuing on as a vintage transport that runs from the East to the West along the northern coast. Below the label, you’ll even find a vintage tram ticket from the 50’s, displaying key destinations of our brand, including the Western side of where we source our botanicals near the Western Market.
