Exchange Policy – Juz Coffee

At Juz Coffee, we take pride in delivering freshly roasted coffee and premium products. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we want you to enjoy every sip.

Eligibility for Exchange

  • Exchanges are only accepted for products that are damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.

  • To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • Perishable products such as coffee beans or ground coffee cannot be exchanged once opened, unless there is a quality issue.

Exchange Process

  1. Contact us at [your support email/phone] within 3 days of receiving your order.

  2. Provide your order number and a clear description (with photos, if possible) of the issue.

  3. Once approved, we will arrange for a replacement product to be shipped to you at no additional cost.

Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Opened or partially used coffee products.

  • Items purchased during a sale, promotion, or clearance (unless defective).

  • Gift cards and downloadable products.

Important Notes

  • Exchanges are offered only for the same product originally ordered. If the item is unavailable, we may offer a similar product or store credit.

  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
